Jesus told us...

to go to all nations and to share the good news about Him.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”  (Matthew 28:19-20)

We believe that the Gospel transforms lives, bringing hope, peace and joy. We are able to share that joy with others through our church's local, national, and world mission focus and activities. Calvary Evangelical Baptist Church also participates in missions through partnerships with other mission-minded agencies, as well as through the Cooperative Program.

Who is Acts 1:8 Network

The Acts 1:8 Network is a ministry of the Southern Baptist Conservatives (SBC), who helps people find each other for missions.

Churches are on mission all around the world. Many of them are ministering in the same regions and reaching similar people, but most aren’t aware of all the other churches who might be working nearby. Wouldn’t it be great if they all had an easy way to find each other and connect?

Through the Acts 1:8 Network, churches can learn about who else feels the Lord’s calling to reach their target people groups. They can meet each other, pray for each other, and pool their experience and resources for greater Kingdom impact. That is why Calvary has partner with the Acts 1:8 Network.
